At Classy Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. Please read our policy carefully.

Eligibility Window: You have 2 calendar days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: The watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received—unworn, unsized, and with all original packaging, protective plastics, tags, warranty cards, and documentation intact. Any signs of wear or removal of protective materials will void the return eligibility.
Process: To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned watch, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our watch specialists. This process can take 7 business days.
Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
